Thomcat Equipment wasn’t built in a corporate boardroom; it was built on sweat equity, long hours, and a genuine understanding of the local trades. Founded in 1989 by Darryl and Tony Stroink, our business started with a simple goal: to provide reliable equipment and honest, straight-talking service to the contractors, owner-operators, and hobbyists of Vancouver Island.

Almost 40 years later, the community has changed, but our core philosophy hasn’t. We have grown right alongside the businesses of Langford, Victoria, and the broader Island.
